    Q: When I write for a catalog what do you do with my e-mail address?
    A: Absolutely NOTHING. And we take pride in that fact. The ONLY one who has your e-mail address is Aspeciality - Gifts Galore. The ONLY time we would use it is if we needed to contact you in regards to an order.


    Q: I was trying to find an item online that was in your catalog and cannot locate it. Is there someplace else to look.
    A: Not often but sometimes, a popular product may become unavailable while we are waiting for another order to come in. You can check our out-of-stock text and if the item is not available we will be happy to let you know when it comes in.


    Q: When I access your site I receive a pop up window. When I shut the window and go to another page, I get another pop-up. Is there any way to shut this off.
    A: Right now our site is hosted by Tripod, in exchange they are allowed to post advertising. The advertising comes in the form of a pop-up window. To keep the window from popping up, MINIMIZE not CLOSE the pop-up window. This will prevent a new pop-up window from appearing.


    Q: When I use the 'View Savings' link I receive a message telling me that the item is not in the product base.
    A: If you receive this or a similar message it means that the item is either no longer available, on back order, or has not been added to the datebase. Contact me and I will help you from there.


    Q: When I use the 'View Savings' link I do not see an instant savings.
    A: If you do not see a lower price when you select the 'View Savings' link, the item is offered as is.


    Q: When I order online the freight rate doesn't change, why is this?
    A: We want you take advantage of our secure server and to order online. Therefore we have established a 'flat rate' system. Which means that your shipping rate is the same no matter how much you purchase. If it costs more, we pay it!


    Q: What are your products made of?

    Q: How do I qualify as a retailer?
    A: No longer does ANYONE have to qualify at "Wholesale Gift Items" everyone gets low wholesale prices and there is FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00


    Q: How can I find out more on an item description?
    A: You can get a COMPLETE description of items i.e. size, weight, color, etc. by going to Item Descriptions
